Delivery

The vast majority of deliveries are made on our own vans by our own drivers. We do this to ensure continuity of service. Our drivers will help you check you have all the correct goods before you sign the Delivery Note.

Our drivers will require help carrying any large or heavy items to your door. Inside the M25 we will arrange to deliver on our own vans to ensure the quality of the delivery and keep costs to the minimum. If you live further away we can sometimes still deliver on our own van or will arrange an equally effective solution specific to your circumstances so just speak to our sales staff who can tell you what delivery charges will apply.

If your delivery is further a-field, we can still deliver it, with a small charge. This is sometimes done by overnight carrier, for small and light items, or, if you are having a larger delivery, by pallet carrier.

Our Delivery Notes give a full description of all the goods. We check everything before despatch but the key factor, though you might not be told this by other bathroom retailers, is to check your delivery before signing the Delivery Note. In normal circumstances enamelled and ceramic items are not returnable due to damage except at the point of delivery.
